“The Horizon has been the official student newspaper of Whatcom Community College since 1973. It’s entirely student-produced and funded by student S&A fees. The Horizon is considered a public forum and therefore articles, commentaries, photographs, and cartoons are welcome from any enrolled student for possible publication. Anonymous submissions will not be considered. Editorials and reviews reflect the opinion of the author.”
